When it comes to tea, just a cup of black tea won't do it for me anymore. I like Nero's Chai Latte, and I buy Spicy Chai from Twining. I used to drink coffee, that was when I used to smoke. But when I gave up smoking... oh... 25 years ago, I also stopped drinking coffee. Not intentionally, just happened.
Oh, there is a Vanilla Chai from Tesco's Finest. I tried it, but find it a little too vanillaly. LOL Don't remember seeing Vanilla tea from Twining though, but I just checked and they have a new flavour out called Bollywood Chai Latte. If it ever comes to our supermarkets, I will give it a go. Unfortunately, a lot of goodies that you can get further south are not always available in the North. *sigh*
It must've been the Vanilla Chai then! it was so long ago. I miss getting them, but I'm not going anywhere near a Tesco or ASDA still with the situation still looming in the back ground. (Even everyone else has gone back to normal are getting a bit complacent IMO.)
I agree. When I went to Tesco last week, hardly anyone was wearing a face mask. Most people act as if it's all over and done with. I won't go into shops or the bus unless I wear a face mask, and I will be doing it for a long time to come. I go to Tesco or ASDA once a week. I can take advantage of the Mo, Wedn, and Fri over 60s go in first between 9-10am. But now that my bus that gets me to Tesco starts earlier again (for a while the first bus arrived only just before 9am), I take the 7.40am bus and arrive just after Tesco opens, which is when there isn't yet a mile-long queue.
